The summer transfer season is getting interesting day by day. Many big signings took place but many signings also got dropped. Even though some leagues have started, the transfer window is still open. The Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain has come to an agreement with AS Roma to sign the Italian hero Alessandro Florenzi on a loan with an option to buy. Florenzi can play as a center midfielder as well as right full-back. PSG were in a desperate need to sign a full-back after the farewell of Thomas Meunier. This is the main reason that they are looking to sign the Italian international right-back.

The contract can be signed at any moment today and the PSG fans are surely excited to see Florenzi play for Paris. After the agreement deal is done, Florenzi will have to fly to Paris this weekend itself for the medical tests. Florenzi will be a great boost for Paris as they still do not have a main right-back for the team. Players like Kurzawa and Dagba are available, but Kurzawa is more comfortable on the left whereas Dagba does not have much experience. Florenzi will surely bring a change to the game by adding his skills and pace.

Who is Alessandro Florenzi?

Alessandro Florenzi is a footballer who plays for the Italian National Team and the Serie A club Roma. He just left AS Roma to join the Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain on loan. He plays as a full-back for his country as well as his club. Florenzi made his debut for Roma in 2011 when he was substituted for Francesco Totti. He was also loaned to the Serie B club FC Crotone the same year, but a year later Roma got him back. After returning to his club, his performance was brilliant. Despite being a full-back, he still scored goals for the team. He played so well that in 2019 after the departure of the former captain Daniele De Rossi, Florenzi was given the Captain’s armband considering he had great leadership qualities.
