Kurulus Osman Season 2 Release Date

Kurulus Osman, a Turkish historical drama, unexpectedly became one of the most loved Turkish dramas globally after hitting the screens on November 20th, 2019. The Turkish drama, which acclaimed high viewership, is created by Mehmet Bozdağ. It follows the story of the historical ruler Osman I, who was the founder of the Ottoman Empire. After the completion of season 1, the series was appreciated by the audience and critics worldwide. The anticipation of season 2 has kept fans restless for a long time now. The theories and speculations of the release date of season 2 had been going on for a while. Fans expected season 2 to return to the screens somewhere in the first week of November.

Kurulus Osman showcases the internal and external struggles in the life of Osman I or Osman Ghazi. The plot of season 1 is set in after 10-15 years of Berke Hulagu war, where Osman struggles and ends up conquering Kulucahisar castle. There are no significant revelations made about the upcoming plot of Kurulus Osman. Up until now, it is shown that the Kayi tribe faces Aya Nikola. Ertuğrul Gazi and Savcı Bey return to the tribe. We also witness Yavlak Haan, the brother of Hazal Hatun, begin with his plans.

If the rumors are to be believed, then we might see many more fierce and exciting battles on the way as we proceed with the series. We may also see the elaborated story of the relationship between Geyhatu, the Mongolian commander, and Osman. It is expected that almost all the cast members from season one will return to reprise their roles in season 2. Additionally, there are rumors that some new cast members will also be introduced as some new characters.

The series was accepted very well in Turkey, with the episodes hitting up high in the chart. It received high praise from critics globally for its captivating storytelling and interesting flow of the plot. It is also premiered in countries like Afghanistan, Algeria, Albania, Somalia, and Tunisia. For other global viewers, the episodes are made available online on some private websites with English subtitles. Unfortunately, such an amazing series like this is not going to be available on any global streaming platform anytime soon.
