Wakanda Forever songs have been officially released! But, before that, let us talk about how the Marvel Cinematic Universe had recently revealed many upcoming projects for phases 4 and 5. They utilized the San Diego Comic-Con 2022 event to release news regarding their plans for 2023. That is when they talked more about the sequel of Black Panther- Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Soon after, the audience was rewarded with its official trailer. Marvel fans have been beaming with excitement about the upcoming superhero film. This film will be based on the Marvel comic character Black Panther. The movie will be distributed by  Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and is set to hit the theatres on 11th November 2022.

This will mark to be the 30th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After the loss of Chadwick Boseman, people are extra attached to the movie and have already set the bar high for the sequel. The movie’s soundtrack was released just a few days after the official trailer was released. Marvel Studios and Hollywood Reports decided to release the Wakanda Forever Songs. This album, released on 26th July 2022, features three different tracks. Anyone can now stream them online. This will create even more anticipation among Marvel fans for the upcoming sequel.   •  No Woman, No Cry – Tems: Tems has recently shared the cover of Bob Marley’s No Woman, No Cry, which was also featured in the sequel’s official trailer. The trailer’s song was heard in bits and pieces, but the full song has been released.
  •  A Body, A Coffin – Amaarae: This is another song that has made a list. Some of its lyrics include: “And the sea started to turn to the darkness. No run from the darkness.”
  • Soy – Santa Fe Klan: The third and final song is also said to appear in the film’s prologue.

What to expect?

People, especially Marvel fans, have already started cutting down days from the calendar in the wait for the upcoming sequel. Just when the first part ended in 2018, people had already started talking about part 2 and what could happen in it. The movie started production and development and would have hit the theatres sooner. But, the sudden passing of Chadwick Boseman shocked everyone. After this, plans for the movie also had to change. The passing of the main lead created even more anticipation about how the movie would unfold without his presence.
