President Joe Biden reiterated his message to Black voters on Wednesday, criticizing Donald Trump’s “MAGA lies” and stressing the importance of the upcoming White House election. Biden highlighted that the winner will make critical decisions, including Supreme Court nominations that could shape the nation for decades.
In a joint appearance with Vice President Kamala Harris at a Philadelphia boarding school, Biden and Harris expressed gratitude to Black voters in Pennsylvania and across the country for their pivotal role in their 2020 victory. They argued that their policies have significantly improved the lives of Black voters.
Biden also accused an “unhinged” Trump of spreading misinformation to regain the presidency.

“I won’t allow Donald Trump to transform America into a place of anger, resentment, and hate,” Biden declared, urging the audience to support him and Harris for a second term. “My question is straightforward: Will you stand with me?”
Speaking at Girard College, where most students are Black, Biden warned about the dangers he believes a second Trump term would bring. He referenced racial controversies associated with the presumptive Republican nominee throughout his life.
“This is the same individual who advocated using tear gas on peaceful protesters during George Floyd’s murder. He still insists the Central Park Five are guilty, despite their exoneration,” Biden told the crowd. “He’s the landlord who denies housing applications based on skin color.”
