Former WWE Superstars Explore Future Possibilities in Pro Wrestling

Bella Twins (Via WWE/Twitter)

Nikki and Brie Bella, now known as The Garcia Twins, were household names in women’s wrestling during their time in the WWE. Although they haven’t stepped into the ring for some time, the twins haven’t ruled out the possibility of having one last run as a tag team in the future. The duo gained attention after re-introducing themselves on Twitter in March, following their departure from the WWE. Since then, they have continued to build their brand, and have been absent from the ring since their appearance at the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble.

In a recent interview with ESPN, the former WWE Superstars shared their thoughts on their future in pro wrestling. They both acknowledged that they still miss the ring and the thrill of wrestling, but aren’t ready to completely hang up their boots just yet. Brie emphasized that they never say never in professional wrestling, and that they still feel like they have one last run in them. She mentioned that there are many great brands and countries where they can put on a good show, making it feasible to return to the ring.

Nikki confirmed her sister’s statement, solidifying their stance on not being done with pro wrestling just yet. It’s worth noting that Brie previously expressed an interest in wrestling for AEW, but only time will tell whether the Garcia Twins will end up in AEW or any other major pro wrestling company for one last run. For now, fans can hold onto the hope that they will see the twins back in action at some point, wherever that may be.
