WWE Post Show Chaos as Drew McIntyre Targets Adam Pearce

The WWE Money in the Bank post-show was marked by chaos as Drew McIntyre’s fury boiled over at RAW General Manager Adam Pearce. The Scottish Warrior’s anger was understandable, considering the events that transpired earlier in the night. McIntyre had emerged victorious in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match and decided to cash in his briefcase during the Damian Priest-Seth Rollins match for the World Heavyweight Championship. However, CM Punk once again intervened to thwart McIntyre’s plans, attacking him with a chair and the championship belt. Priest capitalized on the situation to retain the gold.

The loss had apparently gotten under McIntyre’s skin, as he stormed into the post-show discussion where Wade Barrett, Jackie Redmond, and Big E were sharing their thoughts about the show. Pearce attempted to restore order by addressing McIntyre, but instead received an elbow from the former WWE Champion. The incident has stirred up tensions between McIntyre and Pearce, with the RAW General Manager stating that he will soon address the situation. The RAW General Manager’s meeting with McIntyre ended with footage emerging of McIntyre being escorted out of the arena by security, with Pearce present at the scene. Pearce appeared visibly irate, scolding a fan to step back as he struggled to regain control of the situation.

The rivalry between McIntyre and Punk has reached a boiling point, with the two expected to clash at WWE SummerSlam. McIntyre had previously quit WWE after Punk cost him the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at the Castle, but he later returned to SmackDown to exact revenge on Punk. The tension between the two has been escalating for months, and it appears that everything is about to come to a head.
